Hello I've never done anything like this before having never been through anything like this before So here goes !!! 1. Play music happy , sad whatever you're feeling oh and make sure it's loud ! 2. Walk , eat and drink wine , do t be afraid go with the waves they may rise but they do fall too 3. Laugh, laugh ,laugh 😀 even if you think it's not appropriate ! It's appropriate for you 4. See your girlfriends , stick together, keep in touch everyday txt , call , see them it's a must 5. Rest get yourself a kindle , get tucked up in bed with your cat or dog or both and watch crap !! Get lost in it 6. Always ask any questions my breast nurse was like a life line make sure you use them 7. Take the offers of help when you need it don't feel guilty , people want to help you , let them 8. Talk about your feelings when you want to and you are ready 9. Hug 10. Be brave . I never once asked the question , Why me ? Why not me ? I never once thought or used the word battle ! But this is just me only my thoughts and feelings Love to anyone who reads this xx
