Hello Lovelies, There's so much going on here my head is spinning a bit, but I hope you are all o.k. and not completely exhausted! Beth, I cannot believe that man! Does he get worse every day, or what?!!! Expecting you to drive!!! He's a complete a***e! I'm glad you have taken some steps to get some advice and hope there is some recourse for you. Also glad your mum has had some relief, but a very difficult time for you and your family. Love and hugs to you. xxxxxx Rubycat, love the pic - as usual you have captured the mood. And what a lovely suggestion for Helena's mug - good things out of not so good!! XX You are a star xx Helena - sorry about your mug but I think Rubycat's idea is brilliant. Perhaps we should all get a new 'Fluffies' mug as a symbol of our friendship - what do you think? Have a lovely day tomorrow xx Dizzybee - good luck for tomorrow - I've got my onc appt at the beginning of March and am starting to dread it already so I feel for you. I would much rather go to Ikea any day xx hugs and will be thinking of you. Crafty - my old crafty friend! Hope you are o.k. and not doing too much on your course. You were missed on here xxx Janey - I can't wait to get into the garden either and the days are beginning to get longer now so hopefully soon! I expect the magnolia will be in bud before you know it and beautiful flowers will be emerging xx Lesley - I don't blame you for being easy on the housework! It's a bit like painting the Forth bridge - start one end and by the time you get to the other end you have to start all over again! I'm glad you're finding the counselling helpful as well, and what she said makes perfect sense.xx Wish they could sort out your pain though. xx Lee - Glad you got through your onc appointment o.k. Well done for being an 'non complicated patient'! Hope you get some help with your pain hereafter. xx Clair - glad you're enjoying your week off and having fun with your daughter. I hope you can be strong and leave work on time each day when you go back. xx I hope I haven't forgotten any of my friends but love to everyone XXX I went to collect my new specs today - v. expensive but I can at least see a bit better now. Have to remember to keep putting in the artificial tears - don't always manage it! I've been looking up train tickets all afternoon - they are so expensive!!! They want you to use public transport but you need a second mortgage to go anywhere! Have to go to the rescue of my daughter who is having a difficult time at the moment. Also my other daughter is having to move at short notice and struggling a bit so all hands to the pump! Well my hands anyway. There's always something to worry about. (Think I'll go back to Italy!) Not really 😉 Doesn't matter how old your children are, you never stop worrying about them. Hope you all have peaceful evenings xxx Lily
