Hi Elaine, my breast cancer returned in July 2016 in the liver, lungs and extensively in my bones. Today I am living a normal life. I went through chemo and my liver and lungs are now clear. My bones are damaged but getting stronger. Yes I believe we have a chance of living a long life because we can buck the trend. Any question please ask as it’s a very scary place to be. X

Hi Bernie, I am new to all this too having been diagnosed with mets in liver, bones and lungs. 9 weeks on my lungs are clear so my treatment is working . I am Seeing the bone man next week to get some more details because when I was first diagnosed I didn't ask any difficult questions. Good luck with your treatment

Hi My feet are ok but my fingers are numb! Thanks Moijan for advise on massage. I had a lighter version of taxiteree in 2012 which was given weekly but this taxittere is strong and I think I have every symptom going! Only two more to go and I pray I don't have any more 🙏 🙏

Having been diagnosed with bones mets plus others in Aug and been told my treatment is working I wondered if my legs and hips will ever get back to normal. I was in pain but not now. I live in fear of breaking a bone and am overly cautious . Any advise welcome ?

Pertuzumab is a relatively new drug and yes I am HER2 and estrogen positive. How long have had you're reocurrnace ? Hope things start to work for you x

Just been diagnosed, I've never used a forum so I don't know how to use it , so I may be repeating myself ! Had primary 4 years ago and now got mets in lung , liver and bones . After three sessions of chemo the lungs are now clear and everything is shrinking ! Round 4 tomorrow . Seeking positive and funny stories ! It's hard for you all I appreciate but I remind hopeful . I have just been diagnosed with liver, bone and lung mets are four years clear. Tomorrow is my forth chemo. I have been told at my first scan that the lung is now clear and it's all working . Any advise, tips or suggestions? It's been a tough start but I remain positive and I have great support but only those that going through this really understand .

Hi, I live in Buckinghamshire and I am halfway through chemo having been told my breast cancer has spread to my liver, bones and lungs.
