Hi @Tigress  My break is until late June. My diagnosis- 20mm tumour, S1 G2, 0/3 nodes, ER8/PR8, Oncotype score 12, lumpectomy + radiotherapy. Had my symptoms not worsened these last months the thought of a break or even stopping entirely would not have crossed my mind. What worries me more than the many joint pains is the cardio effects of AIs, I've already experienced fast heart rate episodes (listed as known side effect) resulting in ECG/heart scan/7 day heart monitor testing last year.
