I also found an indent ..the key thing I noticed was my breast looked a little smaller and nipple was higher up I lifted my arm and there it was ...went on the good old Google and it came up cancer..made appt at docs on the 18th October went to breast clinic short of 2 weeks fast forward to November when I was told it was cancer had lumpectomy and down sentinel node biopsy and reconstruction..tomorrow I finish my course of radiotherapy..hope everything's ok for you but rest assured if not you'll be fine....I posted on this exactly thread and glad I did. ... Finished my main lot of radiotherapy yesterday today I had the 1st of 5 boosters a bit different to normal as they attach a thing to the end of the machine and it goes directly to where the cancer was..Instead of 2 people there were about 7 some were physics people and other staff I'd not seen before..going back to my first gentle yoga class on Sunday can't wait x ... Hi everyone well I'm on session 12/20 today...having a few bad days about the cancer diagnosis until October I'd been cancer free for 14 years ..thinking why me again..seen oncologist last week and she said it's no wonder I'm feeling like this..although both hormone related they're not linked..my nuclear medicine consultants gonna be shocked at Liverpool in June when I go and see her...still off work at least till 1st March..I work on a till at morrisons...the radiotherapy is going well up to now fingers crossed no burns..just getting a few headaches.was given my tamoxifen on Monday on plucked up courage to take it this morning as was dreading the side effects..just don't know where the days are going sorry I've not bobbed on no sooner I'm back from school run its food brew and out back after lunch ..then dinner and school again.weve just booked a long weekend away on the 24th Feb to Northumberland to chill out and try and relax..I'll try drop by again soon..sorry if I worried you xx ... Oh God just got told off on my session I slightly moved to itch my nose as I was going to sneeze she wasn't happy..think it's because it's being aimed at my left hand side and that's where you heart is 🙈 I just didn't want to do a full blown sneeze when I would move everywhere ... View more

Omg I only come on once a day as I forget to be fair I'm more on Facebook..can't believe how people can be... we started this thread as 4 or 5 people going through the same struggle..and ops at similar times and some of us had similar diagnosis ..of course im gonna be happy to have no node involvement and will gladly say so unfortunately as new people come on the thread they've not been on from the start weve been a closely knit group..strudel silverlady em Emily Sally Ann sorry if I've missed some of the earlier people off.i start my next step of the journey tomorrow..I start my first radiotherapy sessions I will have 15 in total and 5 boosters..I feel so so anxious I have had thyroid cancer in 2001...why me again.this occurred when I was pregnant with my first child...I am so so worried I might get it somewhere else..the breast cancer is hormone fired..my thyroid was hormone related..so sorry to waffle...feeling a tiny bit nervous tonight .. ...
