Hi monijoy, I finished rads in Oct 16 and find I can go for a while with no pain then I suddenly stretch over to far or the wrong way and the pain is there I guess it's something we are all going to have to live with, but your right I would never have not had the treatment x

Hi ladies the muscle aches and pains are quite painful at times mine seem to start around treatment 6 of 12 hot baths seemed to relieve this a bit and some painkillers; I also had the itching in both arms and the antihistamines seemed to help a bit also some unperfumed moisturiser, hang in there girls it all seems to ease off a few weeks when chemo is complete xx

I to am now 2years since having lumpectomy and had my 2nd mammogramme on 7th, I still suffer from some breast pain and also rib pain from radiotherapy, it sometimes seems never-ending .

Hi i to had really sore ribs i finished rads October 2016 ,the constant pain has now subsided but still get the random niggle now and then but nothing like it used to be, hope yours is better soon x

Sorry your not feeling to great and hope today is a bit better.rib pain due to the inflammation can be very painful at times i just try and take some ibuprofen. I find it worse when im in bed and im trying to turn round ,ive been told it will get better but can last for sometime after rads finish x

It seems very common Michelle sometimes it was very painful I started to feel it before I went for my first mammogram in March this year and they said it was due to the radiotherapy as it can cause a bit of inflammation but it's not to bad now thank goodness I just took some ibuprofen which did take the edge of it x

Hi Amanda63 . Yes the loss of taste is not very nice but it seem to come back quickly when you have finished. I didn't have any feeling of sickness but did have some small nose bleeds but I got some cream to use and it was fine , the perhiperal neropathy is still in my fingers and toes but on the whole not to bad , not to long and you will be finished all sessions 😊😊

Hi yeah it's not a nice feeling it just all comes flooding back , I think that's half my problem I can't really cry I go from being angry to frustration and then I feel guilty x

Hi Mandy I finished my chemo last September and my hair has grown back, I just use Johnstones baby shampoo, I cut my hair off before treatment and donated it to the little princess trust and shaved the rest , got a wig and just wore that, I did nt want it falling out during chemotherapy xx
