Helen I haven't spoke to BCN cos I didnt want to sound silly. You do worry abt all sorts an I have to say since I came across this site yesterday a lot of my questions have been answered by people like yourself going through the same worries an emotions. Worried yesterday abt care of wounds and then this morn got ph call from hosp saying surgeon wanted to see see tomorrow regarding Results! Was told to wait 2 weeks for this. Now I don't know if this is good or bad being seen so quickly for results. Guess no sleep tonight AGAIN!!! ... View more

Helen I had op last Mon and told results due end of this week. Do I just use my own judgement on the care of the wounds? They're healing nicely but was concerned abt the pains. No one has told me when to stop dressing them and I don't want to get an infection in them. Hope yr doing well xx  ... View more

  Hi Peanut, I have also just undergone surgery. Lump an lymph nodes removed on 9th Oct. Thought I was doing well as just facing each stage as it came. Waiting for results from op to determine threatment. Went onto this site this morn for the first time as need to know it others felt the same as me after the op. Last few days I've been getting shooting pains in my breast an not getting any sleep. Have you had these pain's? X ... View more
