Hi Tili, just wanted to let you know how I got on today. The liver lesion I have is still the same receptor I can therefore stay on the same treatment. im having my planned ct scan two weeks earlier, to check how things are going and if they haven’t responded I will have to change treatment. She said it’s rare for it to respond on bones and not there so I’m hoping for at least stable on next scan so I can stay on palbociclic etc.   aimee  ... View more

Hi Teressa    Thank you for such a lovely reply, positive stories are what I need right.. I said to my partner last night, have they got it wrong? I feel so well, it's so surreal at the moment.  How do you find the treatment? I walk everyday, did 7 miles on Sunday and no twinges. I also eat healthy anyway but will up my game even more so now. Hi everyone. I've posted on here whilst waiting for bone and ct scans.  Confirmed pelvic mets on Friday! Thank you for your reply, and good to know you are doing well.  Did you start on that treatment? Or did you have another first? They said tablets, back to zoladex monthly instead of three monthly and another injection for me. No radiotherapy as I'm not in much pain, its more pf a nerve pain sometimes. I did a 7 mile walk yesterday and was fine. Any other advice would be welcome please, do you take supplements etc? Aimee xx ... View more

I've just noticed the typos on my last post, 😳 😅 sorry about that.  Oh that's reassuring to hear, I've been told I'm too young for athritis despite my twin brother having it at 38 too plus I'm on exemestane and zoladex.   Did you think the worst too? Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it and I'm zo glad uou had clear mail each time. Did they still call you in to dicuss results if its OK?   I'm trying not too loose my head but its so hard, the radiographer basically talked to me like I'd already been diagnosed. This was even before she cannulated me for the bone scan. My mum asked if she knew something we didn't and she said no that she'd not seen my x ray.
