Good luck Wahini 😘 I’m a week today post quadrantectomy, results next week, new nipple later 😂 I can’t believe how it’s healing, I didn’t have much pain just a horrendous burning under my arm. ive been out everyday and doing my excersises xx

Thank you for your reply’s I will leave the dressings unless they need changing, then ill ring my BC nurse. It’s all a bit stressful isn’t it 😢 xx

I had a central quadrantectomy with Grisotti flap on Thursday, I received a hospital appt today for 23rd November, does that mean I have to change the dressings myself 😢 I’m not sure I can do that xx

Thank you optimissy I was doing ok this morning then went and bought cigs 😫 my daughter rang me this morning and her smear has come back with high grade/severe Dyskaryosis 😢 it never ends does it xx

My lump is under my nipple it has to come out 😢 I’ve got to have 3 weeks of radiotherapy which is a 60 mile round trip everyday. We have a motor home we’re considering sleeping in it instead of travelling down everyday xx

My surgery is November 8th I’m having a sentinel node biopsy the day before. If I’m honest I don’t understand all the terms. I did google my surgery (probably shouldn’t) will you lose your nipple. Xx

Hi guys, my surgeon told me I was having a lumpectomy, but I received a letter saying I’m having a central quadrantectomy with/without Grisotti flap for reconstruction, has anyone else had this surgery. i was diagnosed with grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma. Also, I smoke and I keep trying to stop but I’m so scared it makes smoke more 😢 xx

I will be having a lumpectomy on November 8th, I can’t believe how quickly everything moves. I’m just glad Roger came with me, I have no idea what my consultant was saying ☹️ It’s almost like it’s not happening isn’t it 😢 xx

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed last week with grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma. Surgery is booked 8th November for a lumpectomy and nipple removal then 3 weeks of radiotherapy. it’s all happened so quickly. I’ve been looking through threads but I can’t read the first post for some reason. i couldn’t find any info specific to my cancer. ive been showing a brave face especially to my children, but inside I’m terrified xx
