It is hard without my mum but i have a great support system, i have my boyfriend and my family and also the support of boyfriends family, without them i would be a complete mess. I hope that once my eggs have been frozen that the chemo will start straight away, but i see my ongologist on friday, because my mum had breast cancer i think i will have to undergo a gene test to see if i carry the cancer gene which im worried could delay my treatment. ... The dr said i will be recieving chemo, surgery then radiotherapy, i see my ongologist on friday to discuss how much treatment i will be recieving. The dr said they have caught it early as i have a 19mm by 13mm lump in my left breast and also it spread to a few lymph nodes. You too had your eggs frozen, what should i expect when they start the process. I know what you mean breast cancer at such an early age is complete bs.  I lost my mom 18 months to cancer so was completely shocked when i found out i also had it.
