Danny, please pop into your breast unit to see if you are able to discuss everything with someone in there before going to pals. I am sure your unit would be horrified they had caused you any additional distress. Then if you still wanted to go to pals you can. You as an nhs nurse knows how much pressure everyone and the system is under, but I hope you know how grateful people are for everything everyone who works for the nhs does.
