Hi all, I’m a newbie here and am finding reading this thread really helpful. I had a wide local excision in March followed by a re-excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy two weeks later for margins and because invasive cancer had also been found. Lymph node was clear. Have been on Letrozole since mid-April and had first of 15 radiotherapy sessions today. Am psyching myself up for possible side effects and somewhat nervous about the warnings that are issued at the start of treatment! Is being in the sun an issue forevermore? At what point does a change in shape of the breast become apparent? Obviously it has already changed as a result of surgery! Will it shrink further?? Any advice gratefully received!! Nervousnellie
