Hi, the last thing you should be feeling like is a fraud BC is BC regardless of size and you have the right to feel just the same as any of us on this group. We are all here to support each other through this nasty phase but we will get there 💪🏼 I can understand your weepy days I was exactly the same when I was first diagnosed. I have since had 2 surgeries and am now halfway through chemo and yes it has been extremely hard at times but it feels so much easier when you know your treatment plan and things start to move forward. Hi Murphsmum. I was diagnosed on the 7th May with Stage 2 breast cancer and still coming to terms with it now. Although it does get easier when treatment begins. It is the waiting that can drive you crazy but it is a good thing in a way because they are working out the very best treatment for you. I have had a lumpectomy and full node clearance so 2 ops since diagnosis and now waiting for chemo to start this Thursday. I also had a CT scan and it came back clear but I remember the worry it caused for me so can understand the worry you feel about it all. Hi Lisa, thanks for you reply. I got the rest of my treatment plan from the oncologist today and was shocked to hear that Chemo will start next Thursday! Seems so quick 😱 Feels like another whirlwind of emotions taking it all in and preparing for what next week will bring. Finding out that treatment will run for at least 4 months and then radiotherapy after that. Never thought I would be wishing for Christmas to come round quickly (and I never wish that so quick as I’m never organised!)  Got to stay positive though it’s another hurdle to overcome...which I will 💪🏼 xx  ... Hi, have not commented on here since before yesterday. So helpful coming on and talking to people in the same situation. Diagnosed in May at 37 and it has been so difficult. Finally coming to the realisation that it is treatable but still find it hard some days to see the positive. Had surgery for a lumpectomy and then full node clearance 4 weeks later so it’s been so full on I feel like I haven’t had chance to properly take it all in. I do have chemotherapy to be arranged yet so that feels like my next worry at the moment but trying to think of it as another hurdle to overcome on this journey.
