Hi everyone, it feels like ages since I have been on here probably isn’t that long but sometimes days feel like weeks. My last chemotherapy was meant to be the 14th January but it ended up being the 31st December. I had to go into hospital on Boxing Day as I had a temperature of 39.1 . My bloods apparently showed my infection markers were quite high and I was given 3 different lots of iv antibiotics and after 7 hours was sent home as my temperature was normal. 5 days later on the 31st my bloods showed my infection markers were still high but because I didn’t have a temperature I was given chemotherapy and I ended up catching the flu which meant I never got the last 2 of my weekly chemotherapy. I’ve now seen my surgeon and I have an appointment with a plastic surgeon for mastectomy/reconstruction using my own tissue. Has anyone else had this procedure. I get so anxious over many things, the aches I feel in my rib cage on one side, the cramp like feelings I get in one of my legs. I just feel so scared about everything
