I was diagnosed stage 4 22nd December 2019 clavicle, multiple nodes and liver there was an indeterminate area in my bone near shoulder which thank god did not require me to have bisophonates. I’ve been in Palbociclib, letrozole and zoladex and fingers crossed long may I remain on this combo 🤞🏽 I’ve been having 3 monthly MRIs since the start. It took me a year to ‘get to grips’, but it went by very fast. One year on, my scans indicate all is stable with some shrinkage - and I’ve realised that’s good news (more than good) because I will never be free of it 😔 no point in thinking I’ll be cured because it’s not the case, but I don’t let this get in my way. I’m fortunate that I’m quite busy and I believe this helps me a lot, not much time to dwell on the shoulda coulda woulda 😊 what’s the point in that. If you can.....try your best to be positive, this mindset has helped me a lot, you need to find strategies that help you, what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I did Dr. Google loads for the same reasons as you, but not so much now as I go on forums and find that much more helpful, interesting and learn much more. I do hope you are feeling better now and treatment has helped x tc Bowler12. B
