Thanks Gill. So pleased to know that I am not imagining the pain. Just sad to know so many of us are putting up with this while GPs still deny that it could be an ongoing effect from cancer treatment. It’s not stopping me from doing anything, I would just like my GP to acknowledge it and stop telling me it’s because I am overweight! Another problem caused by the treatment (the Arimidex) but she won’t accept that reason either. I only have 2 more years (out of 10) to go on the Arimidex. I had 30 days of radiation in 2013 following lumpectomy and chemo on left breast. Over the last few months I have been very aware of painful ribs, both sides. Very tender to touch but they don't ache.  GP (like most) wont accept cancer treatment as cause for anything.  I feel so encouraged after reading all your posts, to know that I am not on my own with this awful pain.  Best wishes to all my new friends (from Sydney Australia) ...
