Thanks for your post about whether it’s ok to use a jacuzzi if you have lymphoedema.
There is no specific guidance on whether it’s safe to use a jacuzzi when you have lymphoedema. However, health club facilities such as, saunas, steam baths or hot tubs, can increase swelling if you have lymphoedema. So, we would suggest checking this with your treatment team, breast care nurse or lymphoedema specialist, if you have one. They may suggest it’s best to avoid using the jacuzzi.
