Thank you so much ladies your replies are so kind and make me feel less lonely! I will call my breast nurse tomorrow and talk everything through again and wait anxiously for the mri scan, pray that nothing more shows up xx

Hi I’m 41 and was diagnosed yesterday with grade 2 lobular cancer they've said an mri scan and then a lumpectomy followed by radiotherapy, I have two rumours about 25mm. Apparently I have the best possible prognosis. I have had a pain in my shoulder for months has anyone else has this? I have had an mri in December which should nothing and they are not concerned but it still worries me. xx

Hi I also had my diagnosis yesterday also grade 2 mines lobular cancer, also awaiting mri and surgery/ radiotherapy. I just wanted to send a big virtual hug and to let you know someone else is also going on this rollercoaster of emotions, you’re not alone xx

Thank you so much, over the past 48 hrs I have definitely gone from 0-100 with my thoughts, but as you say until I hear it from my drs mouth I don’t have it and if I do I’ll get through it. 🤞 for a good outcome but thank you so much for taking the time to reply x

Yes it very much was a case of nothing said he just looked at me with what I deemed a sad face. There was no information given of any kind he just said that the biopsy takes ten days so would see me in 4th Jan and I was sent on my way. The nurse was very kind and took care of me. Thankfully I have found this page and have found some lovely support , so thank you x

Good morning Jan Thank you so much for this lovely message, it’s nice to have some positive words to focus on as when I left the clinic on Friday I just felt empty and lost. I’m going to focus my days now on my own well being and keep my thoughts positive and refrain from thinking the absolute worse. Hopefully I will return to the page with good news. Hi everyone, I found a lump in my left breast at the beginning of December, at my breast appointment yesterday the dr initially thought it was just breast tissue. After a mammogram things quickly spiralled and I had to have a biopsy. I now have an anxious two week wait and feel in complete limbo. I’m 41 with no history of breast cancer in my family. The dr wouldn’t give me any indication as to what they are looking for and what it possibly could be, is this normal?
