Thank you for your reply. Radiotherapy for 15 days.  I am sorry you are also having the same problems. Yesterday was a bad day, doctors suggested going for a walk. I got so far but then struggled to walk back home, breathless and legs like shaking jelly. Bone pain seems a little better today. Yes the sleeping is difficult and lack of sleep makes pain worse. Doctors have prescribed stronger painkillers as they said no one gets a medal for putting up with pain. I hope the doctors can help your bone pain too. The way it was explained to me is therapeutic mammoplasty is surgery that takes out the cancer, reshapes the breast and repositions the nipple if needed. Lateral means side, so mammoplasty on both sides is called bi-Lateral. It sounds like that's what you are having.
