@rjh18 Do you know what type of cancer she has been diagnosed with e.g. e.g hormone positive, HER+ or Triple Negative? The type will affect prognosis.

@rachetb I am in Herts. I know it is outside your area, but thought it might be useful to let you know the arrangement for wigs in my NHS Trust. We are given a prescription for a wig to the value of £147. They have a recommended supplier, a specialist hairdresser, that orders and fits the wigs, I cannot speak highly enough of the advice, care and attention that they provided. I now wear a really glam top of the range wig ( fibre) that is indistinguishable from real hair. it might be worth asking you bc unit if this service is available to you. Best Wshes
