Thank you for your reply. I haven’t started yet as I am in hospital waiting to have a stent fitted in my oesophagus because one of my tumours on the outside of the lung has attached it’s self to the outside of my oesophagus causing it to close. I am just waiting for a slot to get it done and in the meantime I am only managing sips of water and am being Iva fed. The oncologist wants to start the chemo on Friday either way whilst I am still in here.

I have liver stomach and lung mets and have been on capecaptine which has not worked for me. I have been offered paclitaxel once a week for 3 months and was wondering if anyone has been on this .

I am on my second round of capecitabine and have developed a cough and am a bit breathless. Has anyone else experienced this

I was on Letrozole for 12 and a 1/2 years with 3monthly blood tests and scans with contrast before it stopped working and I had to change my treatment

I was on Letrozole for 10yrs then when cancer advanced was moved to palbociclib and fulvestrant which I am starting my 30th cycle. I was on 125mg then dropped to 100mg and after a 2mth break am starting on 75mg. The fatigue is relentless along with pain sleeplessness, watery eyes headaches and occasional nausea. I wasn’t going to go back on it but the only way forward is a different chemo. Is there anyone in the same predicament?
