Hi, thanks for your reply, sadly both of my parents have passed away and my husband works away and is away just now - he won’t be back until the end of March. My sister lives in Norway too so it’s just me and the kids at home, (12&14) and the dogs.  Yeah the relax+ app has helped but I am still waking overnight.
