Hi weejeanie I bought 2 bras from m&s and 2 from asda the front fastening ones and apart from the m&s ones being a nicer softer material they were not any more comfortable considering they were quite a bit dearer, i bought 2 sizes bigger.  I had a binder which the hospital gave me for my belly because i was in a trial. something i am finding really great is the arm pillows from pillow pals ( i had a full axil clearance) its a charity on facebook and some lovely ladies make them and send them and you only have to pay the postage. good luck x ... I needed a slightly bigger flap than they first thought but that wasn’t a problem and so far I think it was the right choice and am very happy with the results, it hasn’t been a walk in the park for me personally pain wise but every day it gets better and better and being home is more relaxing, the worry of the unknown before my op was the horrible part and people saying try not to worry didn’t really help im sure you will be absolutely fine and soon on the mend x feel free to ask any questions although it’s still early days for me  ...
