Thanks for sharing your experiences, it is comforting to know that we are not alone. I have been on Letrozole since March 22 and fell like a 90 year old!  Unfortunately I am sitting in work and anytime I move I have to unfurl myself slowly ☹️ Between the joint pain, weight gain & fatigue it is so hard to keep upbeat & I find it hard to describe the muscle pain so I don’t think those close to me realise the discomfort. Hi Medsec,   thank you so much for your lovely reply, it is so reassuring to know that others are experiencing the same and it is not just because we aren’t pushing ourselves enough.   like you I get out for 2 walks per day, 1 short during my lunchtime & a slightly longer one in the evening and they definitely make a difference.   We have a dog and like your cat Mishka, he brings great joy 😊   thanks again for taking the time to post, just to hear that there is a future is enormous & I’m sure everyone that reads your post will be equally grateful. continued good health & happiness 🥰 ... Hi Rachel27, I’m glad you are recovering well from surgery.  I had 2 lumpectomies & radiotherapy, worked mostly throughout, just a couple of weeks off after surgery, I would not advise anyone to do the same!  Take all the time you can, radiotherapy is exhausting & I also found that when the treatment was over I had no time to process everything, I should have taken the time to build my strength up again both physically and emotionally.  Wishing you well x ... Hi Amanda, I have just joined the forum and seen your post.  I was also diagnosed on the 15/12/21 with lumpectomies (both sides) and lymph nodes on 14/1/22.  I finished 5 days of RT a couple of weeks ago and feel wiped out, but making myself walk every day.  Hope you are starting to feel better now x ...
