Morning ladies, Gosh we are all at very different stages now but it’s still tough going. I’m off for my penultimate chemo today, the weekly regime has taken its toll in last month or so and feel very much housebound again. Trying to stay positive but god it’s tough, back pain has been bad this last few weeks but hoping that will pass once finished. along with the very annoying and sometimes painful pins and needles in hands and feet, hoping that all the cold packs and bits are doing a good job and praying it’s temporary. One positive is I’ve kept my hair and it’s growing wildly not sure I’m I’m love with the curly hair yet and the comments from friends and family aren’t helping like I’ve got choice how this goes!! Some people really don’t realise how hard this is for us all. sending you all positive vibes and hope we can all enjoy Christmas celebrations albeit very different from last years pre diagnosis Christmas. I’ve bought myself some beautiful artwork to put up once this chemo is done as a well done me for getting through it. A new beginnings type piece can’t wait to hang it up and wave goodbye to chemo. Im sure I will then be looking for a finished radiotherapy treat, hoping to go to Ragdale spa but will have to see how I feel about wearing swimwear with all the steroids weight gain haha. take care ladies sending much love Angela xx
