My Daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer in Feb. 2012, she had a mastectomy then had chemo and radiotherapy, she finished her treatment in oct 2012, and in Feb. 2013 found out she was pregnant, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in sept, and a couple of week later went to her gp because she was getting pain in her shoulder, the same side of her mastectomy, but was told it was were she was lifting the babies car seat in and out of the car, after 7 weeks they finally sent her for a bone scan and on the 2nd Jan she was diagnosed with bone cancer, I am at a loss what to do, because it has come back so quick is this more aggressive??, there are so many questions I want to ask but do not want to upset my daughter, she is so brave and she is just 30 years old and has 3 young children, where can I get the answers I so desperately need.

Sorry to hear about your Daughter, but it sounds like she has got a great family around her, my daughter was 28 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, she completed all her treatment and even went on to have a baby in sept last year and she always stayed positive.

Although I have not got BC my youngest daughter aged just 28 was diagnosed in jan 2012 it has been a roller coster of emotions waiting for the results is the hardest thing i have ever had to endure for after all she is my baby. this forum has been a god send and we can not wait for the 8th march so hayley can get her results so we know what she has got a head of her, she has throughout this whole waiting time been the strongest most inspirational young lady I have evey met and I am glad to be her mum xx She has been married just under a year and has two bueatiful children and a lovely supportive husband

Hi my youngest daughter aged just 28 was diagnosed with BC in Jan this year and has now had a MX and had a full body scan and a ct scan we get the results back for this on the 8th of March. all the waiting has been unbearable. my self and my eldest daughter have decide to raise mmoney for Breast cancer care and we have signed up to do the Ben Nevis hike in September. I am not sure if i can put my link to my just giving page so if anyone wants they can sponsor me, but all the money goes to a great cause

Hi ladies
Thanks for all your comments since my last post, my daughter got her results yesterday. she has got to go in to hospital on wed 22.02.12 for a mx, she has got grade 3 cancer and has got to go for a scan to see it the cancer has pread to her bones live or kidneys. this is such a shock, I am walking around in a daze Hayley is still 110% positive she is amazing. 2 of her nodes cameback unclear there is so much info to take in i just dont know where to start xxxx

Hi my youngest daughter 28 y ears old was diagnosed with BC she has had a lumpectomy and had some of her nodes removed and she will get her results on the 16th feb,I am trying to stay positive as she is being a marvel so super strong, but she is my baby and I am finding it so hard to cope, as my daughter her husband and my two young grandchildren live with us I have to stay positive must of the time but then it hits me like a sledge hammer. how can I cope i dont want to let her down. why do the take lymph nodes out? sorry for my ramble feel like i am going mad xxx

Hayley is going for her op on the 01.02 and then we have got to wait for 2 further weeks for the results from the operation the hospital has been great and have been very speedy.

Im new to this forum, my 28 year old daughter has just be diagnosed with breast cancer, we are all devastated, my daughter is being so brave and we are all falling to bits my daughter has just been married less than a year and has got to lovely children who are 7 years and 5 years. im so confused i dont know how to start to help her xx
