Hi I have bone Mets and have been diagnosed since April. I used to be a keen long distance runner but I am told that I can no longer do any high impact exercise. Apart from swimming , has anyone tried anything else? i am thinking of yoga, Pilates and some strength work in the gym? Thank you sophie

I have recently had my op and I will start chemo treatment next week. So I wanted to find ladies in my area going through the same thing or have gone/will go through the same. The hardest has been to come from a busy, full time work mother of one lifestyle to staying at home, so it would be nice to relate to someone in the South Wales area. Sophie
