I have only just read your comments, so a little late in replying.   I had bc 7 years ago and was in a fairly new relationship and sex was very important.  Letrozole was the cause of sudden vaginal dryness, painful intercourse and loss of interest.    I got very little help, but a gynaecologist reccommended pjur med silicone lubricant and I am still using it today! Sorry to hear about your problems.  Have you started taking any new medicines since your recurrence?  Letrozole or similiar will cause vaginal dryness.   I had the same problem when I was taking letrozole and now because of the menopause. Have you tried pjur med silicone glide?  This was the only product that worked for me and I am still using it and it has made a huge difference.  I just need something to bump up the libido!    Good luck with everything  ... I was commenced on Aromasin last week, following 2 years on tamoxifen. I feel terrible!! Has anyone experienced awful side-effects and what did you do? I am exhasted and my back and legs ache.
