I had my first dose two weeks ago, I was a bit sickly on the day and very tired for 2-3 days. I also had some pain in the 'right' places, which really took me by surprise. After one week I could see some improvement of my skin mets, which seemed less red and bumpier and I felt generally better. I guess I dared to hope it was working! However, since yesterday I noticed some skin redness and discolouration elsewhere on my tummy and back, and now fear more progression (I've had over 6 months of relentless progression under different treatments...) Has anyone had any skin reactions with TDM1? Tx

Unfortunately I will have to change treatment due to new progression, although overall I did quite well on eribulin, with good response and shrinkage. And yes, I got very frustrated too when fatigue, shortness of breath and neuropathy took over, but then I had it easy for a long time and if it worked, wouldn't this be worth it?? I always think that quality of life is the priority for me, but then I guess 'hope' takes over and I'm ready to bear with more pain and discomfort... Best of luck! X

Thanks! I just had my 5th cycle with a reduction for the neuropathy, which is not worse, but definitely not better. I was told that it's normally 6 to 8 cycles, but I'm also having a scan next week to check whether it is still working, the way I go through treatments lately, I might not even get to the 6th... F

Hi ladies, Just wondering whether anybody is having problems with peripheral neuropathy. I had minor tingling in my hands but after cycle 4 it hit me hard, both hands and feet. I'm afraid it might get really bad with the next cycle. Tx
