Typing this in Maggies centre Inverness, started rads on Monday. Maggies is a great place to hang out whilst waiting on treatment as i am staying in hospital accomodation which is a bit grim, like a prison cell, missing comforts of home, love the big comfy armchairs they have here. There is always someone to chat to if you want. I've been sitting doing some drawing and did a wonderful relaxation and visualisation class yesterday. if i am not too tired after treatment I am going to go to the highland print studio and do a bit of lino printing.
i have the peachy face too Ribby. I take tamoxifin in the morning, find it easier to cope with flushes during the day, seem to be getting less at night now and sleeping better.
Catzoo feel for you I had fluid build up alot, and still feels squishy under arm. Hopefully now your body is starting to recover from op and chemo you'll find less and less liquid needs to come out and you'll be able to go longer between drains, was talking to someone yesterday who was drained 17 times.
