Evening lovelies, Hope you have all had a very wonderful christmas, i had a really nice day with the children. in fact my living room still looks like an argos warehouse. Ive just managed to borrow a computer for a couple of mins so i wont have the chance just yet to catch up with everyones posts. Its been a year today that i was diagnosed with this bloody bc and its with a heavy heart that i need to tell all you wonderful ladies that i have just recieved the phone call i have been dreading. Carol (dulcie) has passed away. I dont really know what more i can say at the moment, im soo heart broken and angry at the same time. Morning ladies. All ok here. even went horse riding again yesterday. called the bc nurses to make sure it was ok and they just told me to wear heavy duty support lol. it is the 10th we're meeting up isn't it? Will be catching the train now as car is off the road so Im not sure what time I'll need to head back. really looking forward to it. would it be ok to take someone's phone number who will be staying there on the Saturday night because Im directionaly challenged lol. best go as Sam is being very lazy and shouting for me to get his drink lol love to you all x x x ... Evening beautifuls well I've been cooking up a storm in the kitchen today ready for the party tomorrow lol. think i put it was last weekend. I've been doing really well on my diet and have managed to lose 11lb but the smell of freshly baked sausage rolls are making me slobber like a boxer dog! Thank you for all your words of comfort since i last posted. its really encouraging. getting excited about the meet up now whoop whoop. On a sadder note dulcie is not well. the meeting at the rm didn't go too well. they have said she also has bone and brain mets so discharged her. she's in quiet a bit of pain at the moment with her back and leg but hopefully they will be providing her with things to make things a bit easier. Not lost her sence of humour thoughalways manages to make me giggle bless her. not feeling well enough to post but im sure she will when able to. Evening lovelies. Hope your all well. really nice to see everyone is getting on with their lifes. my last radiotherapy session tomorrow can't wait to get it over and done with. saw my oncologists registrar on Friday and asked him directly what my prognosis was. told me i have a 40% of servicing 5 years. Not seeing them until December next year with me having the double mastectomy can't have mamograms. bit gutted that the odds aren't higher with all the treatments I've had but there we go. Can't help sometimes thinking im not going to see my babies grow up and just hope i don't leave them to soon. Sam was 2 last week and keesa is 8 this week so throwing them both a big party next weekend and hopefully many more after that. lifes for living so they say and i intend to do just that. Socks i would get in touch with the paper about socks. when Molly went missing i went on the local news papers page and put an advert on there. the next thing they wanted to see if they could help. they ran a story on her and put a great big picture of her in. it took a month but she came home.
