hi to you all long time no speak, ive not been on here for such a long time thought i would pop in to see how you are all doing, got a lot of reading to do, lol.   i am back to work full time now and doing ok, my hair is growing back quite even all over very thick, but want it to grow quicker, but got to be patiant. my right hand has been opperated on for Carpol Tunnel, it healing quite well, been about 27days since opp so  slow progress but it is a progress, got to wait 3 months before they will do the other hand, but cant wait till i get it done. go my mamo tomorrow first one since BC was found so hoping all is still well get results in two weeks time. will keep you informed as to the results.   anyway Crackers keep smiling we have all come through a touch year,  ... hi hope you all, ok like you say gona a bit quite on here, so hopefully we are all getting there, Really looking forward to the 29th, i am trying my luck to work half a day that day so can get away for about 12pm, work allowed as a very busy time in the car industry that month leading upto September Registrations. Got another appointment on Friday for an ultra sound scan to make sure my lump is a cyst so fingers crossed for me Crackers, also have an appointment on the 2nd September hopefully for my Carpal Tunnel as i also have TEnnis Elbow and not sure what im going to be looked at as not mentioned on the letter, but will keep you posted. Hi Lisalouw i asked my onc yesterday about dying hair, the reason they say not to for for awhile is because your scalp is now sensative and could have a reaction to the chemicals, she told me i was boarder line and to wait a while longer, then when i do decide to dye it to to a test patch behind my ear or somewhere not to noticealbe as it could fall out again, so i am just gona go grey gracefully for a while.Sorry you cant make the meet up maybe next time, but have a great birthday bash. hi all, i went to my last meeting with Oncolgist and she was very pleased with me so i have now been discharged from her care and back to the surgeon, and Breast Cancer Nurses if i need them, feeling really happy today, its as though i have been given my life back and all i have to do now is live it, i have got to go for another ultra sound scan in the future as i found a lump about 2 month ago and they want to just check it to give me peice of mind its just a cyst. apart from that all is well. sending luv n hugs to you all x lolly x ... hi i must get on here more often trying to read 38 posted and remebering where everyone is, is impossible, so hope all of you that have been feeling cr*P feels better, and for those of you who are good well done. I have been on a weeks holiday in Brighton for the weekend then onto Hastings and loved every day, was sooooo sunny and warm felt like i was abroad, even had a game of golf, never played in my life but loved it, bet OH wishes i nevert tried it as gona be expensive lol . hi Jenny, I started my Tamxofen before i started the Rads there was a date to start them on the packet i think i was taking it two weeks before my first Rad. QD The tattoos are nothing just a little scratch then they put a bit of ink there which sinks into the skin, they are painless so dont be nervous, it will be fine. My hands are much better at the moment i am wearing a support at night and it seems to have eased the pain, just a little now so all's good, i will just have to wear them untill i can get them sorted out. hope you all feel well soon lolly x ... hi QD re hands, i was woken up on Saturday with the pain my hubby got up and got me some paracetamol, i was in tears it hurts so much, but reading on the internet, they recomend strapping up the wrist so thats what i am doing, it didnt work saturday night was woken at 4.30 in the morning, the same as Saturday, but last night was good, hoping the strap will ease the pain, will defo go back to Docs if it dont work. lolly ...
