Dear RevCat, Thanks for writing about this! I was on AI’s for 4 months, but could not tolerate them, mostly due to cognitive loss- arrention, wordfinding, and concentration. I’ve been on Tamoxifen now for about 2 months. I had some aching pain before, but now have severe right elbow and forearm pain, consistent with lateral epicondylitis or tennis elbow. I’m wearing a splint, but am frequently awakened at night by searing pain in right elbow. I rubbed it most of the night last night. It is painful even to type this note. I’m sure it’s the Tamoxifen. I’m not doing anything that should set this off! It may not be listed, but the estrogen must be blocked to tendons! It really is killing me! This website had most helpful info. I don’t think it’s a coincidence! I look pretty cute in my wrist and forearm splints too! Braindoc
