Not too enamoured with my doc either at the moment (arthur), the contrast between oncology and general practice is huge, very fortunate to have an excellent team, you think your own doc would have more empathy ! I feel as though I'm annoying, 2 visits in 14 months, still really mad so could sit happily on the "ranting" bench. Deep breaths and calm down, if they are steroid based they do check you FF, perhaps a telephone appointment would be more suitable for you. Jane not sure what to say?? Does it have to be a doc as maybe more relaxing for you if a nurse could help. Washing all done YD off to work, house a bit messy, soooooooooo will need to make a move, stitches removed tomorrow morning and new plaster and hopefully find out what happens next. Still tiring and a bit ouchy but def better! Cloudy, windy but still hot, windows all open! Bought bras from well known store, had a fitting, (persuaded by ladies on here) so look fine in a t shirt, do the genie bras have padding? That's really cute JCJ, yep worry never ends, no matter how old they get you try to stay calm but brain works overtime! Def on the "very relieved" bench tonight ! Oh gosh we're all going to be a right mess at the afternoon tea......................avoid jam at all costs, mmmmmmmm maybe not ! Last load of washing woo hoo, 3/4 stuff dried. Still have a bit of a wind here, been lovely though but we have very dark clouds tonight ! Went for another adventure , to supermarket which is usually 10 mins away, took a little longer but had an urge for fruit, yum yum. Glorious day again though a little windy, came back home put shopping away then promptly fell sound asleep,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. ED home from camping, tired but happy! DID IT!!!!! woo hoo be dooby/booby!! Tri walker saved the day which now leaves me more confident for the MMU ! Am absolutely terrible at letting others do things for me sooooooo am happy to know I can get out, by myself. Am off to sit on the "independent Annie" bench. Bought a few tasty things one being a big fat scone, ate with lashings of strawberry jam and on last mouthful said jam managed to drip all over my new tshirt ! Lesson number one Be careful (me) at the afternoon tea in that popular resort, so will now have to be checked hourly for buttons popping and for slabbering food all down myself xx ... View more

Aaaaaaaah Jane, it is hard, ED moved out 10 years ago was very sad but also sooooooo happy for her, it's such a weird feeling and your tummy will be twirly for a long time, still saw her most days and still speak daily, YD is still with me so the nest is not completely empty.......... That's funny JCJ, very clever ! Me and RevCat will be arriving after 4pm can't remember exact time on the 6th woo hoo!! Golly gosh the menu afternoon tea, do we eat all of that each?? Had a thought we can have a midnight feast, running up and down the corridors with our tiaras and onesies, we can even try and smuggle in Jenanne ! Not partial to tattoos either....................have been told about a lady who had an mx and had flowers tattooed over her scars, she feels so confident now, such a personal decision so would go with what ever makes YOU feel good! Am off to supermarket today woo hoo, ED coming to get me then she will push me in a wheelchair cause can't walk any distance really soooooooooooooooo that should be an adventure...............will just hum "barbie" song as I go.
