Hi Helen After waiting 19 weeks I decided to phone them to see if there was a problem with my application as I hadn't heard anything at all from them. They checked and told me the claim was still being processed as I would need a health assessment, usually face to face but obviously now would be on the phone. I waited for the call but it never came! The next thing I knew I had a letter saying I had qualified for the full amounts. I was never given a DS1500 form and can only assume that my Oncologist submitted it. I hope you hear back from them soon. If I can help with any more questions please feel free to ask. Sarah x   ...
