Yea they talked me through everything Lou, they are really understanding that your really scared at that point. If you don't need a biopsie you will get your results the same day. No no follow up unless it gets painful or grows in size. They said it should go away on its own though 🙂 let me know how it goes for you tomorrow hun x

Hiya, I had my hospital appointment today and after two weeks of worrying I was a complete nervous wreak this morning. I got the all clear today 🙂 but wanted to write this to put people at ease a bit if I can. Like I said I was terrified, was expecting a very clinical place, with cold doctors who 'see this all the time' - but I was so wrong. I was seen by a nurse straight away who got me to change into a gown and took my medial history. I then had a short wait in the waiting area with other patients before being seen by a lovely doctor who compleatly put me at ease before examining me, he then sent me across the way for a scan which was once again done by a lovely companionate nurse. As soon as the doctor looked through the scans he called me back to he's office where he gave me the great news that it was not cancerous and was due to hormones due to my young age (24) - I know not everyone is as lucky as me with their results but I just wanted to let you all know that the doctors and nurses in my experience are so nice and explain everything as fully as they can. Really hope all you lovely ladies get positive news and thank you all for your support 🙂 xxx

Hi Lou, I've got the all clear 🙂 had an exam and ultrasound and turned out to be fibro-something, basically it's due to hormones and really commen in women ages 18-35. Is it yourself who's got tw appointment tomorrow? If so don't be nervous, I was terrified but the nurses and doctors are really sensitive and make you feel at ease. And if all u need is scans you will get your results straight away xx

Waiting to be picked up n taken to the hospital for my ultrasound n tests. I am absolutely terrified 😞 I really don't no what to expect and have convinced myself it's going to be bad news. Im shaking like a nervous wreck. Gotta be done though x

So I got my letter to say my appointment for some tests is tomorrow. I'm absolutely terrified, keep panicking about its. I'm 24 with a 4 year old daughter and all I can think is what am I going to do if it's worse case 😞 I really am petrified, I hate hospitals and it's always been my fear of getting really ill and leaving my little girl. I've been told I'll be examined and have a ultrasound and then they will go from there. Will the doctors be able to tell me tomorrow what they suspect it is? Just need a bit of advise. Thank you xx

Hi Hun, I'm in the same boat as you. I found a lump In my right breast 2 weeks ago and my gp referred me under the urgent two week wait....well I still haven't heard from the hospital and am a nervous wreck. I've got a 4 year old daughter and am a single mum so I'm Trying to keep busy with her but it's so hard. I'm giving the hospital till Monday then going to chase them up. Maybe give your gp a call and see if they can contact the hospital for you. I really hope things turn put ok for you but if u wanna chat feel free to send me a private message babe xx

Hiya, I just want some advise really. I found a lump in my right breast Tuesday gone and went straight to the docs, after he examined me he said he can feel something and is referring me for an us scan to get it checked. Even though he said chances are its all ok as I'm young (24) I still am fearing the worse as why would he refer me if he thought it was all ok. I'm sooooo scared and worried. I can sleep or eat properly with worry. I still haven't heard from the hospital nearly a week later so will call to see when I'll have the scan tomorrow coz I just wanna get it over with now. All these scary thoughts are going through my head 24/7. I'm a single mum to a 4 year old little girl n thought of leaving her scares the hell out of me. Can anyone give me any advise? Thankyou xx
