Hey ladies, i havent really posted on here as I tend to post on Sam's facebook page but I was looking for some reassurance and youve just given it me. My boob feels firmer round where i had my lump removed and under my arm where i had my ANC i feel abit unsupported not seen a Breast care nurse yet and i finished rads in August!

How long has it taken for people to get over this? I've had a WLE and full node clearance 10days ago and I'm still in pain under my arm. It seems to be the node clearance that's causing me the problems. I had 400ml of fluid removed on Friday.

Hi, I start my chemo on Thursday I'm having FEC-T 6 rounds. I beleive my cancer is stage 2b and I know I can't have Herceptin as that wouldn't work. Im having my Chemo first. I'm worried about the side effects of Chemo, not loosing my hair but the ones that will hurt. I'm 32 and have a little boy he's 6 and my names Lesley xxxxxxxx

So I'm gonna have a moan, when we go to the hospital my husband is all sad and worried, when were at home he keeps busy and out of my way a lot, now he's just had a massive go at me because he wants to have someone else care for my gran and do the jobs I do for her, my jobs include taking her shopping round once a week and then every couple of weeks doing her laundry, my mum is going to do her laundry and I intend on still going to see her each week, she only lives down the road. The Carers have my number and if they can't get me they ring my dad. He's just seems mad with me now, and I can't be bothered to argue with him, I don't want to waste my time.

Hi, Today I went to the hospital and saw my consultant. She said that the biopsy of my lymph nodes under my arm had come back as canceroius. They have decided that I should now have my chemo first and my op later. She said the Chemo doctor will be keen to see me soon and you normally see him and start the week after. I've also goto have a nuclear bone scan and a MRI. X

I was the same I had a pain in my arm and was thinking oh no its in my bones, one of the nurses said that they must have caught a nerve when they did the biopsy. its stopped hurting now. x Don't think anything is silly we all feel the same.

I remember my friend looking at those, it makes your head cold to slow down circulation to your hair so they get less chemo, I THINK! but she never bothered and looked cool with no hair and now its grown back anyway. I dont think it can be good for you making your head cold, espeically as it will be winter when were all having teatment, but you can always ask at hospital. xx
