Good Afternoon Ladies! Lovewine what lovely news about the baby I expect that you will all be glad when it is safely here! As you said it has been a few months since the last post and I have often wondered how you all were. I do hope we can find a suitable venue to all meet up this summer. 🤔 Glad to hear that your mum agreed to go out with you! Joan all our children and grandchildren have also had a form of Covid. DH and I have managed to escape, we refuse to give up our mask in shops and on public transport. Our ES, DIL and YGS from France are hoping to get to us in April. DH and I were so depressed at Christmas time because we were by ourselves and we had to postpone our month in Spain, in the Motorhome, for the second year, that we acquired a Cockapoo puppy called Elsa! She is now 19 weeks and keeps us, especially me, busy! She is very energetic! She needs 3 walks a day or a very long one! She house trained quite quickly and sleeps all night! 😅 We took her away for 2 nights in the motorhome and she ended up sleeping in the space between our beds! 🙄 She wasn’t going to stay in her camping crate. She was quite eager to walk into her crate at home on our return at bedtime thank goodness. I am not a good sleeper and to have a puppy licking my hair through the night, I came home shattered. Cassie hope all is well with your family. Wildpurl I expect you are thriving being able to do your own thing? Joan we went to Stratford before Christmas and saw the new musical, The Magicians Elephant, it is by the director of Matilda! Your GCD would love it. As if the pandemic wasn’t bad enough now we have the ever intensifying situation in the Ukraine! Let’s hope that very soon a ceasefire can be negotiated! 🙏🏼
