Was at clinic for about 2hours and after mammogram, ultrasound etc found the lump in the right breast my GP didn't think was a cyst turned out to be just that and I have a number of cysts in left breast too. So sorry you have all this worry again Senni x You have done the best thing going to the doctors today. I am 41 and went to breat clinic yesterday after an anxious wait of  3 weeks. I found a lump that the Doctor didn't think was a cyst. Fortunately they only found cysts yesterday and dense tissue after tests at the clinic. So hard not to get in a state about it all but it may not be what you fear and even if it is you will find the strength to get through it. Your welcome xx Yes found numerous cysts and dense breast nodules so good news after very anxious 3week wait. Was at clinic for about 3 hrs seen consultant had mammogram and ultrasound. Hi Stacey I know it's really hard not to panic but over 90% of lumps are benign 🙂 I am not a doctor but you are young, you had breast pain and now the pea sized lump sounds very much more likely to be cysts x I have been to breast clinic today after a very anxious 3 week wait, with very painful breasts and a pea size and shape lump in one breast and a lump that doctor didn't think was a cyst in the other. Hi di473 So sorry you have found yourself in this situation, it's only natural to think the worst. Don't think i can be of much help really but wanted to reply anyway. Lumps and bumps can be many things other than cancer, i know that doesn't really help your worrying but but over 90% of lumps are benign xx Lymph nodes can swell for many reasons too from infections and virusus, glandular fever to rheumatoid arthritis 🙂 This will be the worst part the wait but you will get through till next monday, keep busy and keep chatting on here or phone the helpline if you need any advice xx Thinking of you ...
