I am relieved to read this thread. I am on omeprazole, which I'm not sure works, to try and combat the issues that I suspected are cononected to Letrozole. I noticed wind after about 6 months of Letrozole and it is only after tests and watching my diet that I have concluded it must be the Letrozole. I am halfway through 5 years of letrozole and want to survive the side effects. Currently indigestion has joined the burping and reflux and I have an appointment with someone from the oncology team next week. This can be very tiresome and I am so glad I have been working at home this last year where all wind incidents are not shared with my work colleagues.
