Hi elkatrano. I used cold cap last summer for all 6 sessions lost approx 70% of hair mine was long. Had it cut to shoulders i would reccomend cold cap still i know its painful i did mind over matter technic. I invested in good wig a bobstyle with few highlites i got loadsa compliments people who didnt know about my illness loved it.Now a year on i have a lovely hair cut trendy grown thick with gold highlights. Stay strong take each day as it comes. Love jules.

Hi lisa i use date i was diagnosed i finished treatment last oct 31st. My hairs grown lovely like my new hair as it is i used to have long hair. I.m feeling well go walking biking eat healthy drink water. Hope this helps you best wishes jules

I wonder if anyone can help me I am due my 3rd fec thurs but I have caught headlice my head is itchy. I am cold capping wonder if the cold will zap tgem thursday

Hi there im do to have my 3rd fec on thurs. I drink dilute lemon by savers at morrison or banana milk cold qeunches thirst.also I drink around 8 glasses water a dau maybe more good for hair skin nails from julesk
