I banged mine n it took over a month for it to start to feel better. ! If you think you have strained it, then yes can take a while . I also worked myself up thinking the worse n ended up with back n shoulder pains too. . Try to not read up too much on the internet . Your doing right to get followed up xx good luck

Aww not good I was same a month ago , turned out just tissue 🙂 but the worry drives u mad. Try not to google as makes u worse and I know that's easier said than done . Clinic will take good care of you - good luck and hope it's nothing

I would go to the breast clinic. . I had a scare last week - turned out nothing serious but the neck and back pain was also bad. . Think it was the stress and worry - once I got the all clear the neck and back pain cleared over a few days . Good luck and get the referral

Omg my back n neck were knotty too. The long wait makes it worse, I'm in Burnley area and am stunned some areas make you wait this long. Hope you ladies get great outcomes. I will be thinking of you .

The wait is awful n I can't believe your still waiting . Between the dr and getting results was 48 hours of hell n I just can't believe not all authorities operate this fast . Stay strong and my thoughts with u ladies on what's a painful journey x

I'm in heaven and feel like I've won the lottery only better - inflammation , damaged tissue but the lump was normal tissue . Everyone at the clinic was lovely , the mammogram a bit sore but such a fantastic bunch of people . I came out of the sonogram crying as she immediately said normal - I really feel the pain for anyone going through this . This time I've been lucky - good luck next week on yours and I'm sure your clinic will be as supportive as mine xxx:)

So scared - going in 15 minutes for appointment. Left breast feels warm inside n has been tender to the south . Nipples tingling . Over 10 days ago I was asleep and rolled onto my chest - such a pain - but not sure if it was cussed by a large sharp toggle on front of my cardigan . Apart from regular cycle breast pains I had nothing before this incident . Went dr on Monday and got upset as imagine the worst - he then said he felt a lump . Bloody hell. , I hadn't even found one , so now my mind is racing . With 3 children , 1 only 8 have worked myself right up . Anyhow hubby getting me soon and off I go for checks . Praying to god it's nothing but this has so brought home the importance of checking yourself .
