It will be interesting to find out how you get on with the accord brand. Hope the rash gets better! I think I will try the Sandoz Brand next if I can get it!

My rash started on top of one foot, then on elbows and now it's on my arms, neck , shoulders, hips and behind my knees. Trying not to scratch but it's so itchy, especially at night. Like you I'm not sure what's really causing it but reluctant to start the Accord brand of Letrozole if it's going to make things worse. How long after you started taking the Accord brand did the rash appear?

I 'm trying to find the cause of a very itchy rash I have just recently encountered. It looks likes Hives. Not sure if it's been caused by stress at getting hassle from my work recently. My BCCN thinks could be Letrozole and wants me to stop it for a couple of weeks. I don't really want to take that risk and would prefer to change brands. On Cipla at the moment. Still getting Herceptin too with 7 treatments still to get. Get joint pain but can put up with that, just need to get ride of the rash as it's driving me mad! Would appreciate advice please?

I've been on Letrozole (Cipla Brand) since June this year. Getting aching joints etc which could put up with, but now have got a really itchy rash, think it's Hives. My BCCN thinks it could be the letrozole and wants me to stop it for a few weeks to see. I don't want to risk this so wondered about changing brands. Just got repeat prescription with Accord Brand but after reading latest thread I'm worried I'll just make worse with this brand. Maybe the Sandoz brand would have been better??. Still getting Herceptin intravenously too...7 still to go. Can anyone advise what's the best brand to avoid getting rash??

I am due to start my first chemo session on 21st Jan and noticed that someone had recommended using Nail Paint to prevent Nail Loss. Just wondered if anyone could tell me which Nail Varnish is the best to buy and should use Nail Strengthener too?
