Hi, I new to here and just looking for some advice. I'm 33 and was diagnosed with breast cancer in November when my baby was 14 weeks old. I had a lumpectomy in December followed by a mastectomy in Jan. I have just had my second cycle of FEC chemo yesterday, however they have advised that they want me to go for a scan on my liver on Monday as my LFT blood result has risen from 45 to 90 since the last chemo session. Obviously I have now gone into panic mode thinking there is something seriously wrong, the nurse I dealt with yesterday didnt seem to have many answers when I asked if this was something that could happen during chemo, I get the feeling she was quite new to the job. I know nobody can tell me for definate that the cancer isnt there but I just wanted to find out if anyone had dealt with anything similar. Thanks in advance.xxx
