Thanks for your comments - I was on letrozole for the primary DX without the fatigue 10 years ago, and I have been on the lowest dose of palbo. The effect is crippling and I'm at my wits end. Oh well, onwards and upwards.... grumpy

Hi been on gem carbo for mets in nodes triple negative had scan in Jan no mets detected and April scan no change but saying stable in comparison with Jan ct scan does this mean no change ???

Hi ive had a re occerence of breast cancer+ i have now been put on these 2 tablets. Im not doing to good with them though.i had chronic diaoreha for 2 weeks saw macmillan nurse+ was prescibed immòdium.started taking that then had horrendous piles for another 2 weeks!! Spoke to my own gp+ she advised immodium every second day.all starting to settle down a bit now but its been a bit of a nightmare.hope you get on ok x

Hi Nicky thank you for the reply. That does make me feel much better knowing that you had a reduced dose and it helped to shrink them. I had third chemo last Friday and now await the scan next Monday to see if it's working. we live out in the sticks so I'm sure our local hospital will not do liver resection but it's something to think about for the future. thank you for the information too about RFA I've now heard of this either so I will definitely remembering this for future. I hope you continyue to make a good recover from your op and have enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine this lovely bank holiday weekend! Bel xx
