I'm very lucky I've got a good gp who rang me today telling me my referral has gone and I should hear something by the end of week...if I don't to ring him back on Friday so I can't complain hope all goes well at your consultation x

Thank you for your reply I know the waiting is horrid just not knowing what is going on! hopefully it is just infection as now lymph nodes underarm and groin are also swollen as well as neck/collarbone so doctors are unsure if all connected just got to wait... Stacey

Hi hope all went went well at clinic? I have similar symptoms large area of thickened tissue top of breast under my armpit and small lump as bottom of breast just waiting for my referral ibalsobhave a young son I'm 29 and he's 5 awful waiting everything goes round in your head doesn't help that there unsure as to why all my lymph nodes in neck down to collarbone are very raised so unsure if connected hope all went well for you x

Hi hope you're appointment went well? I'm just waiting for my referral for breast clinic so I understand what a scary time it is for you! My symptoms are different to you as I have a large area of thickened tissue top of my breast under armpit area which can feel without lifting my arms up but agree sometimes you can't always feels a lump as apparently I've got a small lump under my breast same one as thickening just different area of it I'm only 29 single mum so getting abit stressed find it good to talk to people in same situation... But good luck and hope all gone well x

In January I went to breast clinic due to serve breast pain and thickening on both breasts they put it down to hormonal... However since I've had no pain but delevoped 4 little blood spots (size of a pin head) when feeling my left breast you can feel the thickening has got bigger and feels like a large hard lump which moves slightly and abit tender under breast went to docs who has referred me back to hospital due to also seeing some discharge.... But also all my lymph nodes are swollen in my neck -none in armpits- all my bloods test keep coming back normal!! Just beginning to get worried now anyone else had these symptoms I'm only 29 and single mum so getting myself into a state

Hi I had this something like this earlier this January was in agony to point not sleeping and crying with the pain when went to breast clinic had slight thickening of both breasts and they told me it was hormonal pain some women get it more sever than others mine lasted just over 3 months then the pain just disappeared hope this helps

Starting to feel worried in January I went to breast clinic with pain and discomfort which I was diagnosed with mild thickening on both breast with hormal pain!... Since then I have had no pain but noticed on my left breast the thickening has got bigger and I've delevoped 4 little blood spots size of a pinhead around my breast near the thickening went to doctors who wants me referred back to hospital as he noticed discharge coming from my nipple only slight discomfort when touch underneath my breast... But not sure if connect to my neck as all my lymph nodes are swollen from jaw to collarbone which also getting checked about as all blood tests are coming back normal anyone else have symptoms like this please I'm only 29 and single mum so getting myself all worked up probably for nothing!! 😔

Hi thanks for reply I've been back to gp who can me stronger painrelief and went in to the clinic as work at the hospital but was told to just wait for my appointment... Just getting me more nervous as when first noticed it in December it was only an achy feeling but now the pains spread and a lot worse than what it was just can't get comfy as it's in waves not a constant pain when it comes ive tried wearing sports bra and going bra less but feels like my nipple is on fire x

I'm 28 and since December found what I thought was a lump in my left breast went to docs who thought it was a cyst sent me to breast clinic and told was thickening of the breast tissue have to go back in 3 weeks and if not gone then have scan and biopsy the problem is I've developed severe pain around the thickening going into my nipple the Pains so bad at times it brings me to tears it's also got me more worried and advice on how to deal with the pain very welcome 😞
