Just a thought Wriggly. So you think that pain in your arm might be cording as that is very painful ?ask the nurses if it is they will refer you to physio. Also your wound shouldn't be red and sore still .. Insist you see your surgeon for clarification ... X

Hi Emma, I'm too due to have surgery in 2 weeks .. Mastectomy and recon and finished chemo nearly 3 weeks ago and have terrible aches in legs and walking is even hard.. Also feeling low and 90 years old !

Hi Julie. I'm sorry to hear your news. I've just finished chemo and now having a mastectomy .. Have you got your plan of treatment yet ? Once you have a plan then it seems to be less stressful .. I'm having an immediate implant when I have left mastectomy .. I had 2 WLE but no clear margins before chemo .. Hope you are ok as it is such a stressful time when you are first diagnosed ... Xx

Hi, docataxel was definately worse for me .. Extreme pains in lower half of body and found it hard to walk .. So stayed in for 4 days .. When that eases up I then got a bad stomach and nausea that lasted until the 3rs week .. Had this for last 3 chemo's.. Just getting over last one now .. Good luck and rest up when it's bad x

Thank god Molliana I thought it was just me !! I look 6 months pregnant .. Can't fit into my jeans anymore and am wearing linen dresses !!! 1981mum I had 2 generals . Still an op but I'd say recovery is quicker xx

Hi. I had 2 Lunpectomy in feb both with no clear margins .. Decided to proceed with chemo .. My last chemo is on Friday and then mastectomy booked for 4 weeks time . Think I've decided to have diep flap from tummy only if I don't need radiation which I will know this week .. If Rafs then temp implant .. Hope ice made right decision !! Also advice needed .. Since chemo I've either had constipation and now last 2 months diahorrea .. My stomach is always swollen from beneath boobs and I look pregnant .. Has anyone else had this .. I keep thinking cancer has spread or is it the chemo effecting my stomach ?? Thank you in advance x

Don't worry Eira70 about your mood.. I have lots of down days .. Also worried about grade 3 and Her2.. Hoping one day I will not worry and just get on and enjoy life.. Dr gave me antibiotics for throat infection ..so that should get better soon x

Thank you .. FEC was ok and manageable but Doxetacel I've had so many side effects .. Was up all night again with aches in legs .. Rash on face - make up on every day !! And losing voice since day before chemo think maybe steriods started it .. Yes just finished 7 injections on Friday .. Diahorrea every day but not losing weight ☺️ would be bonus if I dropped a couple of pounds as I have put on 1 stone since chemo started .. Yes nearly there and really can't wait .. Seeing my surgeon Wednesday as 2 Wle with no clear margins so maybe Mx for me before radiotherapy .. Hope everyone else is ok

I started chemo in April and read your posts every night .. Hope you don't mind me joining in .. I'm 9 days post doxataxel and am still having bad aches in legs and also have a sore throat and my each afternoon I have lost my voice nearly .. Anyone else experiencing this ?

I had the same from day 3 to day 8-9.. I took painkillers every 4 hours for those days .. It didn't really help though .. Just had to go through it and knew it would stop x

After your Wle you normally wait 2 weeks for results if your NHS. You will then know more about your tumour .. Grade, exact size, if your Er, Pr, her2 positive or negative and then you'll they will tell you what treatment plan you are having .. I'm grade 3, stage 2 her2 and Er positive .. Everyone has a different cancer ... Hope your ok today x

Hi, I was diagnosed in Feb and what you are feeling is normal .. I'm on chemo 5 this Friday and it is doable ... I still feel scared and still can't believe it's happening to me .. But we have to cope and be strong and you will too xx

Hi Sandra. Once your treatment starts you will feel much more in control. Your in safe hands for your op and the chemo is do able .. I'm on 4th and have been fine just nausea etc ... You will get lots of support from this group.. Hang in there .. Deep breathe when you need to but you will beat this xx
