So I sent my two week sick note in by email. To receive an email back stating my hours are being reduced! When I return after my leave as requested. I didn't request we discussed as an option. That's £160 a month less. This is it the slippery slope to being broke. I knew as soon as a sick note went in this would happen which is why I pushed myself to work

Been on this stuff for 8 weeks now and feel dreadful, everyday is a chore. Today I again could drop off to sleep at my desk. I have this persistent tickly cough, my chest is hurting and at times feels like I am having a bear hug. I am very tearful and very tired. I am getting very tense and anxious I am having some sort of heart problem, why cant i be normal? I hear so many stories of people having treatment and back to normanl I dont know what that is anymore

I was put on Anastrozole stright after Radiotherapy, was ok for a few weeks then symptoms started to creep in. Joint pain, insomnia, sickness, fatigue, hot flushes, legs like lead weights. They gave me a month off and I felt so much better. I was then put back on it, and now 6 weeks in and its dire. My hands during the night literally sieze up, i practically swim out of my bed with sweat. I constantly wake up, and then at work I am practically falling asleep. My memory is shocking too. I have put on a bit of weight but not too much. I had a mother of all panic attacks yesterday I got into such a state at work, I ended up going home and stright to bed. I spoke to a MacMillan nurse who said that the symptoms I am experiencing are nothing out of the ordinary and it can take up to two years for everything to settle down. I am hating my life at the moment and so trying to make things better 😞

I have been on anastrozole since end of April and last week has been hell. I feel 100 years old. My hands seize up. I feel sick. Fatigue is incredible. Loss of appetite too. Memory is shocking as is concentration. I've now got palpatations and short of breath not sure 8f that's anxiety and a silly tickle cough. Saw onc yesterday who said come off for 4 weeks then see how you go. I'm low on vitamin D and iron too. I know I need to take tablets but the s/E are affecting my day to day life. I had to leave work this afternoon it became all too much

I've been on anostrozole for 6 weeks and it just seems to keep giving! Arthritis feeling in both hands on the little and ring finger. Hot flushes of the extreme. Nausea. Loss of appetite recently. Fatigue. Sleepiness. Now going out in become light headed and dizzy feeling I'm going to faint. Now I get to worry and my heart races I start coughing and get in a vicious circle. I've been in tears last few days. All I want to do is sleep. From being fit as a flea last year to someone feeling so old and crap I am just becoming an unwholly mess at 50

Yes that's a good idea to brush teeth after each meal. I've got Difflam and Bonjela too. I'm taking paracetamol to take the edge off. Hope this is only for a few days. It's not nice at all I'm just waiting to be authorised on the FB page

Oh my week two had three good days and bam this morning my mouth is so sore. Brushing no difference got a stronger mouth wash and using bonjela. My mouth is literally pulsating sores on lips along my gums and inside cheek. Help!

My next is 3 December. I'm so tired today and I think it's the steroids not helping. Wide awake, hallucinations and my head is all over the place. Last lot today and hopefully that's it. I had this problem before with them when I was diagnosed with Crohns Colitis the damn things played havoc with sleep patterns my Crohns colitis is playing up now so struggling with that, I'm eating better very small food often. Two reasonable days hope for a few more

I've got two nice like peak woolly hats. Three bobble caps and one beanie. I've two wigs just in case. I am also glad it's winter so I won't look odd with a hat on. One thing on my mind is head itching and sweating under the wig. Mine is for work and it would be all day

Ho rosarty I did try the cap unpleasant as it was I'm happy I gave it a go. If it does not work for me as I do have shiny and thick locks and it starts to drop out it's likely it will come off. I'm not sure how I will handle it I'm probably going to be heartbroken. I've had long hair for years and always complimented on it. It's going to be a shock I think

I had my first FEC on Friday and tried the cold cap. I hope it works for me but if I do get still clumps coming out at least I can say I tried and it will just have to come off. I'm not sure how I will deal with it to be fair

I started FEC on Friday it's now Sunday and boy I'm not doing good. Nausea and vomiting all day. I feel whacked out. I managed a bath earlier and now back in bed. I feel for you all this is just awful x

Had a on and off night but think I was just worrying still about what to expect so a bit of broken sleep. Had a small bought of nausea so had some crumpets and tea. Back to sleep for a bit Been busy all day with errands and things then had another bit of nausea so took a tanker and had something to eat which did he trick Underlying this my Crohns is kicking in i think it's stress related and hope it settles down Took dog for a walk and got some fresh air. Now relaxing on sofa Hope you are all ok
