Mammogram

I am so worried as I have just had my first mammogram today and some yellow fluid came out of my breast. The nurse said had I seen this before and I said no. I did notice a slight change in my areola a month or so ago and the GP said to keep an eye on it but did not show concern.There are no lumps at all and no other breast changes. I am just iin the Menopause as I am 51. My sister was told a few monthes ago she has Thyroid Cancer. I am so concerned about the yellow fluid.
