Good luck tomorrow @dianne3! I’m starting tomorrow too…I’m feeling so down today. I think it’s the overwhelm, and the uncertainty of what it will be like. I’m 42 and have three small children (age 10, 7, and 3) I just don’t know how I’m going to protect them from this. My family is wonderful so I have lots of support, but…I don’t know, it just feels a lot 
I feel like I should be more positive and grateful that there is a treatment (and I am both of those things sometimes) but other times I just feel the weight of it all…
